Much loved Italian Classic with Roasted pork and beef cooked with star Anise and cooked with my own sugo tomato sauce, made from slow roasting tomatoes at a low temperature to release their natural sweetness and juices and layered with home-made pasta and topped with freshly grated parmesan.

How to cook?

Serves 1

Cooked from chilled.
Oven: Pre-heat oven to 190 deg/ Fan 170 deg, Gas mark 5. Open up lid , tear off the lid and then place the lasagne into the oven and cook for 35 minutes or until golden brown on top and bubbling.
Always ensure food is piping hot before consuming.

Serves 2

Cooked from chilled.
Oven: Pre-heat oven to 190 deg/ Fan 170 deg, Gas mark 5. Open up lid , tear off the lid and then place the lasagne into the oven and cook for 40 minutes or until golden brown on top and bubbling.
