DIY to stuff or roll your own flatbread with the succulent beef and fresh slaw!

The roasted sweet potato wedges go really well with this find them under the sides section.

Whole Piece of Brisket rubbed with an Ancho chilli rub and slow cooked in cider for 8 hours, smokey and melt in the mouth. The cooking liquor is then used to make the most amazing home made BB sauce. Flatbreads are made with 0% fat free yoghurt!

How to cook?

 

Serves 1

Microwave for 5 minutes the beef and sauce tray.
2 minutes from the end add the flatbread in the toaster
Serve with the fresh herb slaw

OvenĀ the beef and sauce together for 25 minutes until piping hot.

Note: Use two forks to shred the beef
