It would be wrong to call this a soup, it is much more. More like a meal soup where a stew, meets a soup. Slow roasted tomatoes to make them sweet and haricot bean soup made from vegetable sofrito, crumbled feta cheese and rosemary served with Parmesan Ciabatta Croutons! All this for £4 per serving!  


How to cook?

Cook from Chilled.
Micro: Place the soup in the microwave and cook on full power for 4 minutes. Allow to stand for 30 seconds before serving.
Always Ensure Food is piping hot before consuming.
