Buttery creamy curry made with King Prawns and mango cooked with cashew nut puree, tomato and coconut milk and finished with methi and served with lemon rice tempered basmati rice cooked with channa Dal toasted and aromatic spices.  

Great dish and very popular the lemon rice helps cut through the creaminess of the curry .

How to cook?

Serves 1

Microwave from Chilled. Do not oven heat.

Micro: Place the tray in the microwave and cook on full power for 4 minutes. Allow to stand for 30 seconds before serving.
Always ensure food is piping hot before consuming.

Serves 2

Microwave from Chilled.
Micro: Place the curry compartment tray in the microwave and cook on full power for 6 minutes. Allow to stand for 30 seconds before serving.

Oven: Pre-heat oven to 190 deg/ Fan 170 deg, Gas mark 5. Cook curry tray for 40 minutes. 3 minutes from the end of cooking put the rice in the microwave and cook for 2.5 minutes.
Always ensure food is piping hot before consuming.
