How to cook?

Serves 1

Microwave from Chilled Only.
Micro: Place the chicken and tomato compartment tray in the microwave and cook on full power for 6 minutes. Allow to stand for 30 seconds before serving.

Always ensure food is piping hot before consuming.

Serves 2

Cook from Chilled.
Micro: Place the chicken and tomato compartment tray in the microwave and cook on full power for 7.5 minutes, stirring halfway through. Allow to stand for 30 seconds before serving.
Oven: Pre-heat oven to 190 deg/ Fan 170 deg, Gas mark 5. Cook curry tray for 40 minutes. 3 minutes from the end of cooking put the egg fried ginger rice in the microwave and cook for 2.5 minutes.
Always ensure food is piping hot before consuming.
