Chicken Pancetta and Tarragon Lattice Pie!


Light and healthier Chicken and lemon thyme pie, creamy sauce made with white wine and mustard, smoked pancetta cooked with mushrooms, leeks and poached pulled chicken topped with weave off puff pastry


How to cook?

Serves 1 and Serves 2

Oven: Pre-heat oven to 190 deg/ Fan 170 deg, Gas mark 5. Cooked from chilled. Open up lid, tear off the lid and then place the pie into the oven and cook for 40 minutes or until golden brown on top and bubbling.
Always ensure food is piping hot before consuming.
